Procedure

• To obtain an Equatorial Guinean license, you must have a valid home-country license. Take your license to the local police station, where - once you pay a fee - you can obtain a Equatorial Guinea local license.
• If you have a driving licence from the EU or USA or, basically, any other country where a formal test has to be passed to get it, then it is automatically given to you provided that you have the residence permit. You can approach the local police station they should be able to help you out.
• If yo do not have a driver licence,or your licence is from a country that is not among the ones approved, then you will have to go through driving school and take the exam. The cost of the driving school is around FCFA 150,000.
