Procedure

1. To obtain a replacement of driver license, please make sure you have the required documents that listed under the Required Documents section of this page.

Note : Replacement procedure license is not delivered at the time, a temporary driving permit is issued for 30 days, after this period you can remove the permanent license. Both to issue permission to deliver the license, should be solvent obituaries and confiscation.

• Unico personal identity document (DUI) (original and copy)
• Approve visual examination (which can be done in our offices at a cost of $ 2.58)
