Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Get License or Permit for Clothing Bags in person, the applicant has to approach the registered Ministry of Trade and Industry Contact link
2. Obtain the application form from the respective officer.
3. Applicants should read carefully in the application form after all details must be filled in the application form.
4. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.

8. where the application is submitted by an attorney, an authenticated power of attorney and photocopies of the attorney's identification card or passport, and documents prescribed.
9. This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
10. Once the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the permit.
11. When the document is ready to be collected, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.
12. The time frame accumulatively for processing the application is usually thirty (30) days.

• Certified copies of Form 2, and copies of share certificates of the company directors and shareholders.
• Proof of availability of business premises (written undertaking lease in lieu of agreement or tittle deed).
• Applicant proof of address (Ration card / Bank pass book / Telephone bill / Egypt card)
• Applicant proof of identity (Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar card / Driving license)
