Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Change Information on your NSSF card in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Social Solidarity Department.
2. Address and contact details can be found in the following link
3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the Ministry of Social Solidarity Department.
4. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
5. Applicant must make sure to carry all necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.( Both photocopies and originals)
6. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
7. The duly filled form must be attached with the supporting documents and submitted to the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
8. There is no fee for this procedure.
9. If all above mentioned procedures are followed properly, change of information will be done within a day.

• The working hours of Egypt Health Insurance Agency are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

• Individuals with a national social security fund in Egypt can get basic financial security benefits upon retirement from work.

• National Social Security Fund (NSSF) can be contributed by people who are over 18 years of age and are employed by employers of Ethiopia or self-employed can register and start making savings every month under this scheme.
• Members who have applied for National Social Security Funds are eligible to gain benefits at the age of 55, when they get retire from their regular payment.
