Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Specific Manufacturing Permit in person, the applicant has to approach the General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC) Contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
3. Applicant must provide all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant form while submitting it at the office.
6. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
7. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office for verification and processing.
8. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the authority.
9. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
10. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their document.
11. If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
12. The Processing time for this procedure is 1 week.

• Copy of the manufacturing license
• Certificate of legal status of the factory and the products produced there
• Trademark of the product and the trademarks that are produced under license by their owner
• A certificate stating that the factory implements quality control systems, meets environmental standards, and is committed to International Labor Organization (ILO) standards, or other international treaties regulating labor.
• A list of factories producing under a trademark, if the request is submitted by the owner of the trademark.
