Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Static Pressure Test in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Electricity and Energy office Contact link
2. The applicant has to write a written request letter for pressure drop test.
3. The request letter and copies of the supporting documents as mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page, should be submitted to the nearest customer service office within the location where the service is required. Any omission of the supporting documents will render the application process incomplete.
4. The fees for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority's request, Please consult with the office near the applicant.
5. Upon receipt of the application file, the customer care officer will verify if all the information and documentation are in order, before submitting the request to be accessed and processed by the technical team.
6. An appropriate fee is chargeable before services are rendered. Upon making payment at the customer care office, a payment slip is issued, which will also serve as proof of submission of the application.
7. The technical team will be sent to the location where the Pressure Testing is required to identify and solve the problem.
8. If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of the application.
9. The Processing time for this procedure is 1 month.
