Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Replacement of Lost Non-Governmental Registration Certificate in person, the applicant has to first contact the Ministry of Manpower and Immigration or Ministry of Social Solidarity. Contact link
2. Write letter of request to the executive director of the board.
3. Fill in all application documents and submit the required documents to the NGO Board offices or other related offices.
4. The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant form while submitting it at the office.
6. A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office for verification and processing.
8. If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their license.
9. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their registration certificate.
10. If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
11. The Processing time for this procedure is 1 month.

• NGOs that have already registered with the ministry of social solidarity and lost their registration certificate are eligible.

• Certificate of Registration is valid for 60 months.
