Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for registration of a Personal Identification Number in person, the applicant should contact the Egyptian tax authority. Link
2. Information related to the Income tax office can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts” section of this page.
3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
5. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. This procedure can be done for free of cost.
7.  After dully filling the registration form it is submitted for review.
8. If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their license.
9. After the notified period applicant gets certificate as per applicable delivery norms.
10. If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
11. The Processing time for this procedure is 1 month.
