Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Land Phone Services from Telecom Egypt, the applicant must approach to the Telecom Egypt Store (We Store). Location link
2. Information related to the respective office and License authority can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts” section of this page.
3. Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
4. Applicant should read carefully in the application form, after all details must be filled in the application form.
5. The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
6. Transfer fees are free, and the new chip will be received from WE for free.
7. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the applicant form while submitting it at the office.
8. Submit the completed form in two copies along with the supporting documents to the respective office.
9. If all the above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their Number Transfer Service with telecom.
10. The processing time is 24 working hours.
