ProcedureEdit

  1. Go to the Passport and Immigration Department.
  2. Fill up the application form to apply for a passport.
  3. Submit form along with all other required documents and pay necessary fees.

  • Previous Passport or Birth Certificate


Note: Stamps are available for purchase at the General Post Office in Roseau and at its branches.

FeesEdit

Passport Application Fees - to be paid at the Treasury Department (the birth certificate and the marriage certificate (if the female applicant is married) must be presented to the Cashier at the Treasury Department before fees are paid:

  • Children under 16 years of age: EC$75.00
  • Adults (16 years older): EC$150.00
  • Lost/Stolen passports: EC $400.00

Processing TimeEdit

The normal processing time for passports is two (2) weeks. In an emergency, for example, in the case of illness, passports can be processed almost immediately, or within two to three working days.

Need for the DocumentEdit

An Emergency Passport is issued to persons traveling to Guadeloupe or Martinique due to emergencies such as death in the family or for medical treatment.
