  • There is a limit of twenty (20) persons per Collective Passport.
  • The leader and deputy leader must have a passport.

  • There is no fee for Collective Passports.

You may approach the Passport and Immigration Department to apply for a collective passport.



Required InformationEdit

  • The surname, Christian names and passport number of the leader and deputy leader must be provided.
  • List of names and particulars of members of group:
    • Surname
    • Christian names
    • Place of birth
    • Date of birth
    • Place of residence



Need for the DocumentEdit

Collective Passports are issued to persons travelling as a group, for example, for sports meets, youth excursions, etc.

Note:

The collective passport would become invalid if the Leader was unable to travel and a Deputy Leader had not been appointed.
