How to apply
All members of the public are encouraged to report to the police any crime or incident. If you have been the victim of crime, have witnessed a crime or would simply like to tell police that a crime has been committed there are several ways to do it by
- Dial 17 (emergency number).
- Contact the nearest police station in person or police officer on patrol.
- Dial the landline for your local police station.
- Post the crime or incident on the police social medial page
Note : 17 can be used to report crime anonymously at your request, and your identity will not be disclosed

Please provide other instructions related to the certificate/documents. e.g. The state office holds birth records since january 1908.
Required InformationEdit
- Nature of the offence.
- Time of offence.
- Locality (i.e. plot number, street, H/No or any nearest structure).
- Identity of the suspect or physical description of the suspect.
- Any weapons used.
- Names of witnesses where possible.
