Procedure

How to apply

1. You should visit the Caisse Nationale de la Sécurité Sociale (CNSS) office near you and express your interest at the service desk.
2. Application form can be obtain at any CNSS branch office or download it via the CNSS website portal or click the link below to download (Application form)
3. Please note that the application form should be sworn before Director General of the CNSS.
4. Submit the completed duly filed application form along with the supporting documents (listed below under “Required Documents”) for verification and processing to the attending official at the CNSS.
5. If the Director general/ authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be notified of the outcome and be issued with the Employer certificate.

Required Information

• Name of the applicant
• Service number of the CNSS
• Residential address
• Signature of the applicant

Need for the Document

• Employers registered with CNSS are required to report the following condition/events with the CNSS to enable update of their CNSS account and obtain an employer certificate.

• Report any movement of your staff: (Hiring or firing) in 48 hours
• Departure on leave and return (suspension of my account)
• Final departure from the republic (Cancellation of my account)
• Pay the contributions, according to the scale in force on that date
• Monthly (no later than the 10th of each following month)
