How to Apply
- You should visit the Djibouti e-visa government portal website Link and select, ”I wish to make a new request”.
- You will be redirected to the next page to begin the application request, read the instruction careful and then click on “continue”.
- On the next pages fill out the application form all required field as following accurately.

- Accommodation information
- Address of stay in Djibouti
- Travel information
- Upload the soft copies of the supporting documents (listed below under “Required Documents”) in the required formats then click on next.
- You will then be required to pay the required application fees with you credit/debit card.
- Verify all the information is in order, if accurate submit your application for verification and processing.
- If your request is approved you will receive notification on the e-mail address and a copy of the e-visa with 3 working days.
Note : E-Visa is only valid for Ambouli International Airport.

EligibilityEdit
- Foreigners wishing to travel to the Republic of Djibouti is eligible for the e-Visa single entry as long as the reason for travel is family, tourist or business.
FeesEdit
E-Visa fees vary by visa type;
- A transit visa (from 1 to 14 days) costs $12
- Short stay visa (from 15 to 90 days) will cost $23.
ValidityEdit
- The validity period of your e-Visa will start on the date you enter the Republic of Djibouti .which does not excessed 90 days for short stay and 14 days for transit visa.
