Procedure

1.A student who has been enrolled in a university in Djibouti start by finding a nearby issuing office this is consulate office, embassy or high commission in home or neighbouring country. 2.An applicant must be admitted in a recognized education institution in Djibouti;

3.Submit applicant earlier enough to allow a reason time for visa processing;
