  1. Here's how you can obtain a Certificate to Avail Travel Tax Exemption for Muslim Filipinos. Applications are processed by the National Commission On Muslim Filipinos (NCMF). You can go to NCMF's office in Quezon City or any of their regional offices to apply.
  2. Proceed to Bureau of External Relations (BER) and ask where can you obtain a request form.
  3. Complete the request form and submit it to the person-in-charge together with your 2x2 picture.
  4. The person-in-charge will conduct a short interview to aid in evaluating your application.
  5. You will be required to submit a copy of your scholarship grant.
  6. You will also be asked to present a valid identification card.
  7. After your application is recorded in the Registry Book and evaluated, your information will be encoded by the person-in-charge.
  8. Next, you will be directed to the photo capturing booth.
  9. After taking your photo, your personal information will be reviewed and checked for correctness.
  10. Once your application is approved by the Bureau Director the Certificate to Avail Travel Tax Exemption will be issued.
