Croatia - Replace Lost Driver License (Car, Motorcycle, Bike)

ProcedureEdit

The disappearance of a driving license shall be reported to, without delay, the police administration / police station in whose territory the driving license disappeared, and police administration or police station that it is registered. The request for the issue of duplicate driving licenses shall be submitted to the police department or police department.
The application form for the issuance of driver's license can be obtained from the clerk at the counter, and the applicant have to sign the form confirming the accuracy of the printed data.
Please make sure you have the documents that are listed under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
After payment of appropraite fees and completion of required process a replacement of original driver license will be provided.

Note : The driver is obliged to immediately report to the competent authority finding a lost driving license.

Required DocumentsEdit

if the original driver's license was issued in the Member State of the EEA, the proof of the competent authority the state that issued the original license that the person was issued driving license.
A single photo - size 30x35 mm
50 kuna in government stamps
Proof of payment of 151 kuna (regular procedure), or 200 kuna (accelerated procedure) in the form of driving license by means of payment that is raised in the police department or station, slip or via internet banking, the IBAN of the state budget HR1210010051863000160, model HR65, call the number 7005-477-OIB.

Note : It is not necessary to attach a photo, if the applicant in the past two years, applied for electronic documents for which the picture is stored in the Information System of the Ministry of the Interior, and the appearance of a person is not significantly changed. In addition to e-driver's licenses, electronic documents are e-passport and e-ID card.
