1. To obtain a Certificate of Minority, applicants will need to go to the Clerk of Court's office.
2. A request must be submitted together with these following documents:
   1. Original birth certificate of the minor
   2. Photocopy of the applicant's CNI
3. Pay the application fee.
4. It will take about 2 days for your request to obtain the certificate is processed.
