Procedure

1. To obtain a Certificate of Cohabitation, applicants will need to go to the Clerk of Court's office.
2. A request must be submitted together with these following documents:
   1. Copy of applicant's CNI
   2. Copy of CNI of the two major witnesses, one from the maternal line of the applicant and one from the paternal line
3. Pay the application fee.
4. It will take about 2 days for your request to obtain the certificate is processed.
