1.Applicants should start by finding out what is required to obtain the diplomatic passport in Cote dIvoire. 2.When such information above is obtained, the applicant should proceed with assessing eligibility to acquire the passport;

3.If he / she finds him / herself eligible, he can proceed with submitting application to the ministry of foreign affairs;

4.Which after assessing and finds it necessary issues the passport to the applicant;
