Procedure

1. To request for a copy of a Real Estate Certificate for Goods, Chattels and Legal Entities you will need to go to the Land Registry Department.
2. When you approach the reception desk, the officer in charge will give you a form which you will then need to complete. Provide all required information and submit the form for processing.
3. Your application will be processed immediately if all requirements are fulfilled. It will take about five working days before the Real Estate Certificate (for Goods, Chattels and Legal Entities) is ready for pick up.
4. You do not need to pay any fee or legal stamps.
