Procedure

1. You may apply for the procedure at Departamento de Acreditacin de Conductores de la Direccin General de Educacin Vial (COSEVI, la Uruca) or at their 11 regional offices. Office hours, 8am to 4pm.
2. Present valid identification and submit proof of payment.
