In Person

1. You must apply in person at the Special registration offices, Municipal Auxiliary or at the Colombian Consulate in the country you are currently residing.
2. Submit an application form along with all other required documents.

• photocopy of Certificate of citizenship, immigration card or certificate of existence and legal representation. This document is requested only when the procedure is required do it in person. *letter addressed to the Deputy Comptroller for Research, Trials and Court Prosecutors Coercive or the respective Departmental Management, requesting the Certificate of Fiscal Background bound to embassies, private entities and procurement.
