Procedure

1. Request for the Certificate regarding the history with the number of real estate offices enrollment Public Records or on the website of the Superintendency of Notaries and Registration - Certificate of Tradition and Online Freedom.
2. Cancel the value of the Certificate of Tradition and Liberty in the boxes located in the Offices of Public Records or debitarlo Banking Entity authorized if payment is via Internet.
3. Reclaim Certificate of Tradition and Freedom at the Offices of Public Records.
