Motor bike drivers or agents carry these materials to vehicle management for motor vehicle driver's license renewal procedures.

• The motor bike driver's identity
• The original driving license

• Motor vehicle driver to move out of the original household management jurisdiction of the vehicle, the vehicle should be to move into the replacement management applications.
• Motor vehicle drivers outside the issuing vehicle management jurisdiction of residence, place of residence may apply to the vehicle replacement management applications.
• The motor vehicle drivers who do not have the law be revoked, the revocation or cancellation of motor vehicle driver's license case.
• The motor vehicle driver does not meet the cumulative score out.

Other uses of the Document/Certificate

According to Article 99 of the Safety Law, if youre stopped by the police and dont have a motorbike license, youre subject to

• getting your license revoked,
• your motorbike confiscated,
• a possible fine of up to 2000 RMB, and/or
• up to 15 days imprisonment.
