Required DocumentsEdit

The content of film production record repertoire subject to the provisions of the State Constitution, the laws and regulations of the drama.
The film production record repertoire reporting institution, must have one of the following three qualifications, namely hold "radio and television program production license," the agency, and municipal (or more) television (including radio and television, radio and television group), or holding "TV Production License (Class A)," the agency.
Non-film production record in the major historical themes of revolution and repertoire, if the content involves significant or sensitive political, military, diplomatic, united front, religion, nationality, justice, public security, education, celebrities, etc. (hereinafter referred to as special theme), must consent before filing provincial film production (including provincial) or interested parties relevant authorities.

The application shall contain the following elements:

the name of filmmakers, address and economic nature;
the name of the movie production unit of the organizers, address, nature of their authority;
The legal representative of the (three) units filmmaker's name, address, qualification documents;
(Four) units filmmaker funding sources and amounts.

Administer and provide guidance to the broadcasting and film sectors of Beijing in their exchanges and cooperation with Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, Taiwan and foreign countries, and administer overseas or joint film/television program production in Beijing.
Coordinate, guide and supervise the development of special radio and television networks, private frequency designation and frequency interference; approve and administer radio and television networks; implement national radio and television technical standards and manage radio and television-related scientific and technological achievements of Beijing; approve and administer cable and ground satellite receiving facilities; issue or revoke, in accordance with national laws and regulations, permits for the design and installation of cable television and ground satellite receiving facilities.
Undertake other duties assigned to it by the Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPC and the Municipal Government.
