  • For individual foreigner: passport and residence permit. For Hong Kong and Macau resident: Travel pass to the mainland. For Taiwan resident: Travel pass to the mainland and residence permit
  • For employee of foreign embassy, consulate and international organizations China office: valid identification document issued by Ministry of foreign Affairs of P.R.C.
• Original Vehicle registration card
• Vehicle title
• Approval document from relevant government department
• If the vehicles registration card number is changed, then the previous vehicles license plates must be submitted.
• Identity (a) motor vehicle owner to prove;
• The motor vehicle registration certificate;
• The motor vehicle license.

One of the following situations shall not register the change:

• change the brand, model and engine type of the vehicle, but by the State Council department in charge of motor vehicle products promise the optional engine, except;
