Procedure

Regional Administration inspection after receipt of the application in the application materials, application materials are incomplete or do not meet the prescribed form, shall require the entire contents of the correction in the five working days written notice to the applicant. Certification CCAR-141 Part 141.135 foreign pilot schools

Acceptance period:

Eligibility

Work conditions:

    • comply with the requirements of this rule chapter A, B section, C section, E Chapter F of Chapter.

The pilot school certificate or provisional pilot school certificate

Section 141.15 CCAR-141 application, acceptance, review and decision

The applicant for the first time to apply for provisional pilot school certificate, pilot school certificate and rating-related courses, course grades or apply for an increase to update pilot school certificate application shall be submitted in accordance with the prescribed format to the location of the Regional Administration of CAAC application.

The applicant shall submit at least include the following operations manual or appropriate files:

• intends to apply for a duplicate training courses, including the relevant material;
• the implementation of the main training airport flight training instructions;

• training courses using the aircraft's instructions;
• flight simulator, flight training device and a description of the auxiliary training devices;
• pilot commenting region, indicating ground training facilities;
• operational procedures and management policies, including the quality assurance system;
• training records.
