China - Apply for Foreign Expert Permit / License

Registration process:

The applicant need to log State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs government website home page, click on the bottom right of the page "Online Services" section in the "State Administration of Foreign Experts Bureau of Foreign Experts Working Document Management System," documents for the system to enter the page;
Click on the page in the middle position of the "hired per user registration," according to set their own page prompts the user name and password at least 8 digits and letters. Please keep the user name and password, once set, cannot be modified. *The applicant fill out the registration information in accordance with the requirements of the unit, click the submit button after the completed whole, pending approval of the approving authority. After approval of the entire unit after registration process is completed. Users can use the user name and password systems to transact business.

The user enters "State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Foreign Experts Working Document Management System" page, enter "username" and "password" login system. "Working Document Management" on the left side of the module, according to the need to click on "apply for a work permit" or "Foreign Expert Certificate application" to submit documents for the application.

Document application procedures:

Required DocumentsEdit

Submitted hire units issued "Foreign Expert Certificate application to prove" (letter);
A quarantine certificate issued by the department of health;

CVs (including qualifications, work experience);

The highest academic or professional qualification certificate photocopy material;
Submit a recent photograph 2 inch size large;
If accompanied by their families, the families produce a valid passport, visa originals, submit a copy / person, small inch photos 2 / person.

EligibilityEdit

"Foreign experts to work permit" to work in China is only available to our government recognized foreign experts use when bidding vocational (Z) visa. Other foreigners to our country, and other relevant provisions shall apply to China formalities. Other short-term foreign experts in China, such as the handle F (visit), L (tourist) visa is not required to provide this piece.
