  1. Go to http://www.registrocivil.cl. Click on "Online Certificates".
  2. Select certificate to obtain.
  3. Complete the requested data.
  4. As a result, your requested document will be sent to your email or you can view it on screen.

By PhoneEdit

  1. Call 600 370 2000 from a landline or mobile phone.
  2. Select option # 5, to request a free certificate.
  3. The executive who answered your call will tell your RUN or the person requesting the certificate.
  4. Indicate the type of certificate you need.
  5. Enter the email where you want to receive the certificate.
  6. Call the executive who shall return the certificate to the email you reported.

In PersonEdit

  1. Go to any office of the Civil Registry and Identification.
  2. Request the certificate you need.
  3. Present the required documents and pay the appropriate fee.
  4. As a result you will get the requested certificate.
