Procedure

1. Go to an office of the Civil Registry.
2. Proceed to one of the service modules and request their identity card.
3. Follow the instructions of the officer(s) and cancel the value of the document.
4. In a period of eight days hbilas must go to the same office, which made ??the request to withdraw his identity card to the corresponding proof.

Instructions

• You must indicate the number of RUN (if you remember to give your full name and date of birth).
• You must update your details (address and phone).
• You must follow the procedure for capturing digitized photograph, signature and fingerprint, or complete the application form for the case of offices that do not have computer equipment data capture.
• You must check the accuracy of the data recorded on the application.
• You must cancel the value of the document.
