Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for Temporary Bus permit in Chhattisgarh the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which his area belongs to.

  3. Application forms can be obtained from the following link : Application forms
  4. Make sure you have completed application form for temporary bus permit
  5. Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate RTO offices that can be completed and presented with appropriate fees
  6. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down under the “Required Document” section of this page.
  7. Present the completed application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.
  8. After checking the vehicle for its correctness and other appropriate requirements the application will be processed. Important verifications for the permit includes Vehicle condition, seating arrangements etc. will be carried by authorities.

Apply Online

  1. Use the following link : Fees and select “Online permit” option under permit menu.
  2. In the next screen select other online service option and click “permit online” option.
  3. Select Chhattisgarh in the drop down menu and click “proceed”
  4. Please follow the screen and fill in prompted details to process your online procedure
  5. Upload required documents and take printout of acknowledgement.
  6. On the appointment date, go to RTO office before 11:30 am and submit the documents to officer at the office. He will mark the amount need to be paid at the respective counter.
  7. Pay the fees and submit the document at the counter.
  8. Authorities will process your application further.

Apply through Centres:

  1. To Apply for Temporary Bus Permit in Chhattisgarh, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
  2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
  3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
  4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
  5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
  6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
