Chandigarh - Online Apply to get Servant (Domestic Help) Verification

Step 2 : To apply for Domestic Help Verification online, visit the online Domestic Help Registration service in the Sampark Portal: Apply Online

Step 3 : In the given new window, Fill all the required details of the employer in the given window. Fill the required details of the person to be verified/employee.

Step 4 : Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the specified file size and format (Check required documents section for further details).

Step 5 : Check the details filled for any correction before you “Submit” button to submit the form which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.

Step 6 : You will receive an acknowledgement receipt.

Step 7 : Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.

Step 8 : Any information regarding the report will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 9 : You can visit the Sampark centre to collect the Report.
