Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To complaint about water low pressure, please visit CHANDIGARH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND WATER SUPPLY DEPARTMENT.
2. The address and contact details of the office can be found in the following Contact Link.
3. Visit the Office and get the application form to file a complaint about water low pressure from the relevant department or write on a plain A4 sheet and submit to the relevant department.
4. Please fill the application with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature and also attested by at least 20 residents of respective area.
5. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
6. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
7. And your application and attached documents will be passed for verification to check if there is any discrepancy.
8. After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with the respective measures to correct the water low pressure on the respective area.
   

Apply Online:

1. Visit the following portal: link.
2. Click on the “Complaints” tab and then select ”Citizen login” from the drop down menu.
3. Please follow on screen instructions to Log-in.
4. Once successfully logged in, click on “Complaints” again and then click on ”File complaint”.
5. Fill in the required details and click on “Submit Complaint”.
6. Once submitted, check the notification address for further updates.

Apply through Centres:

1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
2. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
3. The operator will process the application online.
4. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
5. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any, will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
6. If verified, the complaint will be resolved in a stipulated period of time.
