Procedure

• Submit required document at N'Djamena, police station
• A police officer will verify your document this may take a day
• After verification you are required to pay application fee
• Once the officer receives the payment receipt he will give the applicant an application form to fill in
• If this is done correctly processing commences
• The process of verifying documents and payment may take up-to 3 days before processing starts

• Officers at the station may ask for more documents without warning
