1.Start by visiting the nearest authorized issuing agency (Chad embassy or consulate office) and find out what is required in order to find out what is required to get a business visa to Chad. To find the nearest agency, view the list of such agencies (Chad embassies / consulate offices) at http://www.embassypages.com/chad or at http://embassy.goabroad.com/embassies-of/chad.

2.Prepare all required documents;

3.Obtain a Business Visa Application form. This can be got from the offices of the agency identified in one (1) above or can be downed from its website.

4.Fill the form accurately and attach the documents prepared in two (2) above; and

5.Submit application to the office identified in 1 above.

1.Nationals of USA may apply for a business visa online by visiting http://chad.visahq.ca/#!chad-business-visa. On the page, select the prompt apply online and fill the form that appears on https://www.visahq.ca/profiles.php.

  • After filling form, select the prompt save and continue, the system shall take the applicant through the online application; and thereafter email required documents as directed on http://chad.visahq.ca/#!chad-business-visa

2.USA Applicants can also apply online logging on to http://www.travelvisapro.com/visa/chad and fill the form under step A.

  • On the same page, select the option order your visa online;
  • it will lead the applicant to a form that he / she is supposed to fill. Then mail the required documents to the embassy as listed under step B on http://www.travelvisapro.com/visa/chad and wait for a response the embassy.

1. Make sure that the passport submitted is valid and has a blank visa page;

2. Be ready to follow laws, rules and regulations of Chad if visa is granted;

3. Do not engage in any long term employment or technical assistance services;

4. Enter the country through designed entry points;

5. Be of good character;

6. Do not carry dangerous objects / materials when entering the country;

7. Get documentary evidence of parental responsibility if traveling with children / minors / dependants.

8. Do not stay in the country longer that the validity of visa;

9. It is advised to obtain visa before travelling or before reach Chad;

10. The flight itinerary should be from a travel agent, airline or online booking;

11. A business and invitation letters should be prepared on a company letter head;
