Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. When you receive a request for medical examination test request from an authorized personnel, for example your employer, travel agent.
2. Visit the nearest local health centre with the request for the specified testing.
3. Approach the reception and present you request.
4. The receptionist will direct you to the next stage.
5. Pay for the examination fees.
6. If need, a sample will be taken for you for testing.
7. Once the results are obtained, you will be issued with a medical certificate.
