Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Prepare the necessary documents for your request in advance to avoid complications.
2. Visit the City hall office to obtain the application form or internal template, while in the office and double check with officials, if your documents are in order just in case.
3. Fill in the application from and attach the required documents to it.
4. Submit the application to the assisting city hall official for assessment and verification.
5. The official will ascertain the documents and an evaluation date of the project will be set.
6. A technical team from the city hall will evaluate the project and forward the result to the office.
7. The obtained data from the technical team will be entered into the system for calculations of the amount to be paid.
8. Pay the generated amount and obtain the approval.

• Updated location plan
• Two-way Architectural project duly signed by an architect recognised by the board
• Filled Application form or internal template form obtained at the city hall
• Identification documents
• General release of the architect whose signature if recognized by the registry office
• Declaration of the order of the architects proving the architect’s registration and regulation of the quota
