Apply by Mail:

1. To Get a Permit or License for Out-Patient Care Centres, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Health link

12. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.

15. Also, the officer may inspect the outpatient care center to assess compliance with health and safety standards. Ensure that your facility meets the required infrastructure, equipment, and infection control guidelines.
16. This process may involve assessing your facility's compliance with regulations, reviewing policies and procedures, evaluating staffing qualifications, and ensuring patient safety.
