Procedure

1. To request for subdivision of land, you have to get in touch with the town hall of your local municipal office of the area where the land is located.
2. An application form has to be completed and submitted with the required documents to the mayor of the municipal office.
3. The mayor investigates the area that has been requested for subdivision and after approves the request.

Required Documents

• A signed stamped application from the landowner or his agent or person with a security entitling to parcel.
• A planning certificate
• An introductory report containing information concerning
• A density of occupation and the estimated capacity
• The type of construction and leisure equipment
• The diagram of the proposed solutions to the problems of water and electricity supply, waste water treatment, sewage, disposal of waste and struggle against fire network
• Existing transport
• A list of owners, tenants and owners of real rights concerned with demarcation of their plots
• In an assessment of the financial effects, economic and social predictable.
• To estimate the consequences on the environment
• To building regulations
• A plan with altimetry [1], planimetry [2], to create lots, roads, green areas, parking lots, sports fields and possible connections to railways and water.
• A site plan on the scale of 1/5000 th or 1/10 000 th excerpt from a planning document if there is one, clearly indicating the position of the land.
• A plan of all allowances system and equipment to transfer them to the public domain
• A work program indicating the characteristics of the various works to be executed and possibly the conditions of realization in slot.
