Procedure

1. The request for the certificate of conformity should be made to the mayor of the city or the town where the property belong.
2. The applications can be obtained from the City/Town hall of the municipality where the land belongs.
3. Submit the completed application along the required documents to the mayor after which a proof of receipt will be provided.
4. After, validation of the documents and the application by the mayor, the certificate of conformity will be issued.

• The declaration of completion of work, established in duplicate
