Procedure

• The applicant should visit the ministry of foreign affairs website http://evisa.mfaic.gov.kh/manual.aspx
• Fill up the contact information
• Fill up the application form
• Review the application data
• Make payment
• Submit a receipt and wait for the issuance of the Visa

Required Documents

• Valid l passport with at least two free pages. (The date of expiry of the passport should not be less than six months from the date of departure from country of origin
• Completed visa application form.
• One passport-size photo (color, white background);
• Original visa support letter (invitation) issued by a Local Visa. Applicant's relatives or friends can obtain such invitations.

A Cambodian private Visa costs 27 US dollars.

The private Visa is valid for 90 days

1. According to Cambodian immigration requirements Foreigners from most countries require a visa to gain entry into Cambodia
2. The Cambodian Visa should be obtained from a foreigners country of origin at a Cambodian consulate.
3. On-arrival visa for Cambodia is given at a port of entry.
4. A visa in your passport does not guarantee entry. That remains the right of the immigration officials in Cambodia

Need for the Document

A visa is a conditional authority given by a competent authority of Cambodia for a person who is not a citizen of that country to enter its territory and to remain there for a limited duration. A Private visa is issued for private visits by invitation of residents of the Cambodia. It can be obtained from Cambodian missions worldwide.
