To change your address by phone, call ICBC at these numbers:

• Victoria: 250-978-8300

Monday to Friday 8 a.m. 7 p.m.

Saturday 9 a.m. 5 p.m.

• Elsewhere in B.C.: 1-800-950-1498

Monday to Friday 8 a.m. 7 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. 5 p.m.
Note: Please have your drivers license number ready when you call.
Visit a driver licensing office

• You can change your address in person at any driver licensing office.

Change your address online

• To update your driver's license, it is recommended to use the B.C. governments online address change service.

Online Address Change Service: https://www.addresschange.gov.bc.ca/

• If you have not received your address change sticker within two weeks, please call ICBC or visit a driver licensing office.

Instructions

• You must change the address on your drivers license within 10 days of moving.
• You can change the address on your driver's license three waysby phone, in-person or online.

When you move, you must change the address on both your driver's license and if you have one, your insurance policy.
