Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Grazing Permit or License (GRP) in person, the applicant has to visit the regional office of the Crown Land and use or Provincial Agricultural Land Commission.

4. The applicant has to visit the office and obtain an Application for Grazing Permit/Licence from the respective department.
5. While visiting the office, the applicants should carry the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. The applicant has to complete the application with required details in respective fields under each section and submit it to the relevant official with the required documents.
7. During the submission, the applicant will have to pay 250 dollars as application fees. The applicant has to pay the required fees, through any of the available payment modes.
8. Then, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
9. Upon completion of the assessment and verification, the applicant will be intimated through phone or email to collect the approved Grazing Licence/Permit.

Eligibility

• Any person, who wishes to use public lands for grazing of livestock, can apply.

Fees

• The applicant will have to pay 250 dollars as application fees. The applicant has to pay the required fees, through any of the available payment modes.

Grazing Licence or Permit range rents and fees

• $3.29 - Per Animal Unit Month Grazing Fee
• $0.20 - Per Animal Unit Month Grazing Ground Rate
• $3.49 - Total Grazing Fees Per Animal Unit Month (AUM)

Validity
