10. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
11. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
12. Then the application will be processed further.
13. Stay in touch with the laboratory to track the progress of your analysis. They should provide updates on when they receive your samples, when the analysis starts, and the expected completion date.
14. Once the analysis is complete, the laboratory will provide you with a report detailing the surface area and porosity analysis results. Review the findings and discuss any questions or clarifications you may have with the laboratory.
15. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
