Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Encceja IFSUL Certificate,the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to enter the CPF number and email address and then click the “To save” button.
  3. The applicant receives the payment guideline details through the given email.
  4. Pay the fee and all upload documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page in online mode.
  5. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  6. The applicant will receive a notification via the email provided, confirming the request for the certificate or partial declaration of proficiency.
  7. This entire registration process can be completed within 4 – 5 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

  • Be at least 15 years old on the day of the exam.
  • Have not completed high school or equivalent.
  • Be able to read and write Portuguese.
