Apply In-Person

  1. The request for Climatological Data shall be made to the Department of Meteorological Services office, which is under the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism office.Ministry contact details
  2. Applicants are required to collect and complete the Request Form for Climatological Data Copies of these forms are available for free at the Department of Meteorological Services office inquired desk, or directly download it using this link;Link (Request Form for Climatological Data)
  3. Submit the request form duly completed in all respect either in person, mail, or post
  4. Upon receipt of the request, the receiving officer at the Meteorological Services office will verify, if all the necessary information has been provided and that the applications comply with the selection criteria before registering the application file for processing and consideration, which is within 3 working days.
  5. If the application is submitted in person, the customer will be issued with a reference number to note.
  6. The customer is notified of the results by phone/mail, and the result may be post, e-mail or collected in person against the reference number.
