Apply In-Person

  1. The application for authorization for the Sale of Government Publications shall be made to the Government Printing and Publishing Services office or any government bookshop/service point. Government Printing and Publishing Services office contact details.
  2. Interest person should visit any bookshop or service point and buy any type of document or Subscribe to receive the Government Gazette by filling the renewal of subscription rates form
  3. Submit the completed subscription rates form to be verified by the Revenue Collector at any of any bookshop or service point.
  4. The client will be required to pay the applicable subscription fee as mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page. The fee is Payable either in Cash, Bank Draft or Postal Order in favour of the Botswana Government to any of our bookshops.
  5. Upon making the required payment, the client will be issued a collection card against their identity document.
  6. Customers will be required to show their collection card every time they collect the Gazette. They are expected to collect it on a weekly basis.

NOTE: The fee is Payable either in Cash, Bank Draft, or Postal Order in favour of the Botswana Government to any of our bookshops.
