Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. You should visit the police station where the crime was initially reported and request for an incident report copy of the specific crime that involved you directly or indirectly.
2. Pay the required costs of BWP 21.00 per copy and you will be issued with a certified copy of the incident report within 3 working days.

A valid driver's license or other valid identification such as a National Identification card (Omang) or a passport in case of non-citizens

Police incident report costs BWP 21.00 per copy
