ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. One should visit the nearest police station for consultation station countrywide and obtain the application form or click the link below to download Portal
  2. Accurately fill in the application form and attach copies of the require documents.
  3. Applications is then to be submitted to a licensing officer of the district in which the applicant carries on business or normally resides for verification and processing.
  4. If the licencing officer is satisfied that you have complied with the all conditions as set for the application of the permit, he or she will issue you with the permit

No person shall export any arms or ammunition except under and in accordance with an export permit in accordance with Act Cap 24:01 of the Arms and Ammunition Act.
